I am a Registered Massage Therapist working in Edwards, Colorado. I have been studying and practicing health and wellness since 1988.
I received my Bachelor’s degree (1993) and my Master’s degree (1997) from The University of Texas at Austin. I focused my studies on exercise and aging. Specifically, the effects of strength and flexibility training on the elderly population. During that time I also worked for a large semiconductor manufacturing company as a member of the wellness team.
My massage therapy training started in 2001 and I began studying CranioSacral Therapy (CST) in 2004 through the Upledger Institute. Back in the early 90’s, I had received CST myself for some migraine and TMJ issues. The outcome was so amazing that, since then, I had wanted to learn how to do it. I am now trained in pediatric CranioSacral Therapy and am so happy to offer this gentle technique to even the very youngest members of our community.
It is a pleasure and an honor to be able to work with my clients and see the amazing results that bodywork can help to create.
